A very hot morning. Langstroth Hive 1 - Colony very busy and building up rapidly. Loads of drone brood. Worker brood spread over a number of frames. No signs of preparation for swarming. Queen not spotted. National Hive 4 - Rapid colony expansion. No signs of preparation for swarming. Queen excluder placed on the Jumbo box below a deep brood box (after swapping the two). Queen not spotted. National Hive 6 - Colony expanding steadily. Queen not spotted.No signs for preparation for swarming.
