Fed the colony raised from a swarm with sugar syrup. Previous week feed almost all gone. Very strong colony. Also treated for varroa with Hive Clean. Wasp trap renewed.
The colony from a nuc is not looking well. Bee numbers very much depleted. Sealed brood, Also emerging bees seem lifeless. Did they swarm last week? Doubtful as the weather was not conducive. Will have a good check tomorrow before making a decision. Appears there is no queen! Feed not undertaken, still plenty honey reserves.
