After almost 2 months I decided to inspect the hive to see how the bees were fairing. I also took this opportunity to feed them.

Although the colony has not increased that much, all seems normal. The queen is there and is laying. There are eggs, unsealed and sealed brood clearly visible. There are stores of both nectar and pollen. On a nice day, I have actaully observed workers flying in laden with pollen.

I fed the bees with sugar syrup.
