3 July Inspection

Temperature about 18°C overcast. Langstroth Hive 1 - Still no much progress. Not much improvement since last time inspected. Langstroth Hive 2 - Hive very active. Queen actively laying generously. Langstroth Hive 3 - No sign of queen. Small patch of capped drone brood. Previously capped queen cell still present!! most probable no queen present. Horizontal Hive 1 - New queen spotted. Eggs/brood spotted. Horizontal Hive 2 - Queen spotted and laying. Not much colony expansion.
