National Hive 1 - A number of queen cup cells observed, all of which destroyed. Saved sealed queen cell earlier now 'hatched'. Virgin queen not spotted. Drone brood noticed. National Hive 2 - No development, hardly any build up. Queen definitely failing and spotted. Colony depleted. National Hive 3 - Brood in frames in different stages of development. Queen cell still sealed. Langstroth Hive 1 - Increased build up. Queen actively laying. Small amount of drone brood noticed and not destroyed. No queen cells observed. Queen not spotted. Langstroth Hive 2 - More increased colony build up. Queen laying and spotted. Queen cup cells removed.
