Sunny day. Temperature about 12 degress C. Hive 1 Topped up with 5l of liquid syrup mixed with Thymol to prevent fermentation. Removed the excluder. Supplemented with 2kg sugar (soaked in water). Hive 2 Queen excluder removed. Sugar and sugar syrup stores adequate for the moment. Colony not doing well. Queen does not seem to be present. Hive 3 Topped up with 5l of liquid syrup mixed with Thymol to prevent fermentation. Removed the excluder. Supplemented with 2kg sugar (soaked in water). Hive 4 Topped up with 5l of liquid syrup mixed with Thymol to prevent fermentation. Removed the excluder. Supplemented with 2kg sugar (soaked in water). Hive 5 Topped up with 5l of liquid syrup mixed with Thymol to prevent fermentation. Removed the excluder. Supplemented with 2kg sugar (soaked in water).
