Inspected the surviving colony. Appears strong. Fliers busy today bringing in pollen. Day mild for November. Fed with sugar syrup. Foundant offered previous week being taken up. Loads of sealed honey in supers and brood chamber. Treated for varroa with Hive Clean. For all my efforts, stung smack on the upper lip!
